The human body has a remarkable ability to heal itself.
Sometimes people get better even when their doctors don’t
expect it.
If you understand statistics you’ll know that unusual events,
even recoveries from sickness not only happen, we should expect them to happen.
I have no problem with you believing that prayer will heal
someone.
But I DO have a problem if you try to give false hope to
someone who’s unwell or disabled.
This is a form of abuse especially if you convince the sick
or disabled person to trust in prayer rather than well-qualified doctors.
One last thing: if prayer works so well, why don’t amputees
ever grow new limbs?

I'm not even-handed. And while I believe in 'balance' in viewpoints there are enough god-bothering sites out there for the turgid rants of the rabid. Your comment will be posted only if you mind your manners. And perhaps not even then.
